Thanksgiving 2009

 So much to be greatful for this year.  We had a great visit with Gram and Papa and a wonderful feast.

The kids helped Gram chop onions for the dressing.   Ava was bothered by the smell.  We cooked the dressing and the sweet potatoes on the grill to save oven space.  They turned out awesome.

We watched the parade.

Ava styled Dad's hair.

 The kids played with these boxes for hours then ended up making a fun project out of them with Gram.

I made rolls.  Here's proof. Not perfect yet but getting better.

 Dad peeled the potatoes.

And Papa carved the turkey.

 It was one of the best meals I can remember being a part of.  We all took a long nap after then ate pie.
